Candidates applying for this role should have the following:

• Experience of managing a cloud hosted IT
• Strong practical experience managing cloud and SaaS solutions and the Microsoft technology stack including Azure, Entra ID (AAD), Intune and Microsoft
• Business continuity and disaster recovery planning and procedures.
• A thorough understanding of the principles and tools of identity and access
• Cyber security and Cyber Essentials attestation.
• Up to date knowledge of technology trends and
• Strong customer service skills coupled with the ability to clearly communicate technical information with a non-technical audience.
• Managing a team of technical colleagues to deliver excellent customer focussed services.

• Working closely with suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve
